The tunnel’s construction enables continuous product flow thanks to a roller conveyor system, allowing smooth transition through successive drying stages.
The interior of the tunnel is made from materials resistant to high temperatures and humidity, while the ventilation system ensures even distribution of warm air. LED lighting and ergonomic design guarantee ease of operation and convenient process monitoring.

Water Curtain Paint Mist Extraction Wall – Safe and Efficient Paint Filtration

A water curtain paint mist extraction wall is designed to remove paint mist and overspray particles generated during spray painting. Its operation is based on a water stream that captures contaminants and directs them into a sedimentation tank.
Contaminated air is drawn in by a fan and passes through the water curtain, where paint particles bind with water and settle in the tank. The cleaned air can be discharged outside or, under suitable conditions, recirculated back into the workspace.
By using water as the filtration medium, the wall ensures high cleaning efficiency, reduces ignition risk, and supports continuous multi-shift operation. The unit’s design allows for expansion and customization to meet individual client requirements.
