VACOMAX – Mobile Vacuum Filter with Automatic Regeneration
VACOMAX is a mobile vacuum filter with the fan located on the clean side, eliminating contact with the conveyed material. Thanks to the large expansion chamber, the filter material is less stressed, resulting in a long service life for the filter bags – up to 12 years. The device is equipped with inspection hatches for easy monitoring of waste container filling and convenient chip removal.
The filter bags are made of antistatic needle felt, ideal for high dust loads (e.g. MDF). VACOMAX features automatic filter regeneration with compressed air, making it perfect for continuous operation. Additional safety is provided by a fire suppression system compliant with GS-HO 14, using powder extinguishers.
The unit can be expanded with a briquetting base. The compact design allows installation even in low rooms, and full heat recovery during indoor installation translates into real heating savings.
